Yes! Our international designer gowns are available for rent and/or purchase.

Regardless of your preference to rent or purchase a gown, we encourage you to give yourself at least 6 months to a year to begin your gown fitting journey so as to avoid any potential stress or disappointments! To purchase a brand new couture gown, the production lead time (including shipping and alterations) for majority of the international designer gowns would normally take minimally 6 months.

Yes, please! We want to give brides-to-be our full attention and service, hence we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. You can schedule an appointment with us here.

We usually recommend brides to try 4-5 different gown styles during their first appointment so that they have a taste and understand our curation better.

The appointment fee is non-refundable. You may utilize it to offset all gown rentals and purchases with us. Once you have decided to officially be part of the #TEBride community, all subsequent fitting sessions are complimentary.

If you have done your research prior, it will be very helpful if you could send across some photo references of gown styles you think you would like prior to your appointment, and it doesn’t necessarily have to be styles that we carry.

Given the volatility of the pandemic and the safe distancing limitations at our boutique, we can only allow one accompanying pax for all appointments - seek your kind understanding on this!

Majority of our gowns are of US size 2 – 6, and limited styles in size US 8 - 10. Do note that the fit varies by style and designer, and brides-to-be are advised to try on the gowns to have a better gauge.

Yes we do! Our cheongsams are beautifully made by Cinobi, whose designs are all hand-drawn and then carefully hand-embroidered for brides to don for their big day. We also collaborate with Cinobi for our evening gown selections that come with different silhouettes, colours and necklines!

Dry clean of gowns are required per usage, and costs $180 or $250 depending on the size of the gown. Dry cleaning of the gowns is performed professionally by our preferred dry cleaning partners.

Not at all! We never imposed any postponement fees even during pre-covid days, so you only need to share with us some potential new dates if you have to postpone your big day, and we will check on the availability of the gown(s) based on your new date(s) and advise from there.

Gowns on rent would require a security deposit of 50% of the respective gown tier, per gown. This is to ensure that gowns are returned in acceptable conditions. The security deposit will be returned if the gowns are returned in acceptable conditions (i.e. no tears, removable stains etc.)

It is a time limited shopping event, where Truly Enamoured receives a large selection of gowns from a particular designer’s latest collection and classic styles from past collections. Brides-to-be are able to try on gowns from the latest season, and a wider selection than what the boutique typically carries. During the Trunkshow, orders placed to purchase brand new would usually have an Exclusive offer. The Trunkshow collection is returned to the Designer after the Trunkshow period.

For efficiency, any upgrades and/or queries will be made to our partners directly. If you would like to customise your package, we highly encourage you to explore our Rewards platform as this gives you the flexibility to choose from a whole range of vendors and categories.

The mechanics is simple, you earn a point with every dollar spent with us! There are many wedding-related and lifestyle partners you can utilise your points with, and some brides may even consider redeeming a complimentary gown or enjoy a higher discount with their points should they have sufficient! Typically, our international designers launch a new collection every Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter hence majority of our new styles will come by then. Nonetheless, we do have new gowns making home at our boutique almost every month. Head over to our Instagram to get the latest scoops!

We strongly recommend brides to confirm their gown(s) 4-5 months before their big day or pre-wedding shoot as this will give our seamstresses sufficient time to alter your dresses. Nonetheless, we understand that sometimes, things change and you may suddenly find the need to alter your gown(s) on short notice. We will do our best to assist to the best of our capabilities and resources, however do note that there will be a rush alteration fees starting from $350.
